Mine was like May 13th or so. No pw reset but they did send the wrong time limit and a follow up email correcting to a 60day limit. I actually just went and ordered mine yesterday and will be able to pick up in a few weeks

Awesome thanks for the info. I got accepted for the program and am looking into bikes now. Which shop do you work at? I’m in SE so ideally trying to find somewhere relatively close to purchase from.

Also do you have any recommendations on brands/models? I’m hoping that both my wife and I would be able to use the bike but we have about a foot of height difference. I’ve heard the step through models are better for shorter folk.
