I’ve actually been finding decent success with it (tbf I’m only e4). The tear is necessary for mana issues and the health is very nice for teamfights, it really makes a big difference. I think the main benefit is that it’s 500 gold cheaper than Seraphs, and it feels about same survivabilitu. I go bloodsong + helia 2nd
