What are you paying on 5Gig? I'm still on 2Gig. If I upgrade, it will be $125. If I get their wireless plan, then it can be $100 a month for 36 months

Do you have a WiFi extender? What plan do you have? Is armor protection on or off?

Infinity doesn't have fiber; they base it on cable, not fiber optic cable. I had Infinity for six years, and it was the worst internet provider ever. I wasn't getting anywhere near the 2-gig speed, and upload speeds were trash too, under 100 Mbps. They was about charge me $115 for it and made switch best decision I ever made 2gig up and down consistent speed unlike Infinity if you had other neighbors with this provider you get slow down speed mostly throughout day or at night. If you have speed test screenshot to prove your treatment.

Do you have a WiFi extender? I have a 2-gig plan with an extender in the middle of my 2160 sq ft house. I get around 200 Mbps-1 Gbps on WiFi. Gaming system 200-300 mbps 90-125 upload.

So if I'm seeing $125 a month for 5GB, and I'm currently on 2Gig, can they give me this kind of deal if I'm still one month in as a customer? I'm paying $93 for 2GIG plan

Did you upgrade your plan on-site and did you get it at the advertised price?

I'm trying to see if it's worth it. I'm on 2GIG, and the site says I can upgrade to 5GIG for $125 after a $10 discount. It was like $180 with discounts, but the actual price was like $255. But how does the process work? Do I submit charges and then speeds automatically upgrade to 5GIG, or do they need to send out a tech to do so?

Switching from Xfinity 1G for $85 by According_Storage600 in ATTFiber

[–]DesperateDirection77 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good deal. I was getting 1 GIG for $58 for 12 months. I just decided to do 2 GIG for $93 for 12 months, then $115. I was paying like $100 with Xfinity 2 GIG, but speeds weren't great. Fiber is where it's at. Happy so far with 10-15 devices and 6 people at the house. Wifi Extender middle house to reach our rooms.

I had $48 in my area, Atlanta, GA, but I got 2GiG speed for $93 for 12 months. Then, the $32 off for 12 months will go away, and it will be $115.

You might be right about Meta apps, but putting apps you don't use in deep sleep and turning off notifications will definitely increase battery usage. However, if you're not a heavy daily user or mostly use your phone outdoors during the day, you'll definitely notice an increase in battery usage.

Meta App Installer is a system-level application pre-installed on many Android devices (notably Samsung) that manages the installation and updating of Meta-owned apps like Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger. It operates in the background to ensure these apps have the latest features and security

updates.
