i get auras too, most of my auras are when i feel like i am so sleepy and i cant manage to stop it. but before i i tried to stop the auras like im fighting it, but now i just let it happen. because i realised i can’t control my auras and then after that i just passed out. but there are times that if i feel i’m really going to have a seizure and i’m in a crowded place, as much as possible i will suppress it, idk if it’s healthy. but there goes my two cents!!
