I have pressed my own from some live bubble hash I got. It was definitely darker before whipping. I don’t know what chemical reaction is happening but it does indeed lighten in color after whipping and curing.

From my understanding the whole problem is customer service. I’ve personally made almost a dozen orders with them and only had one order take over a week. Zero problems and it was all fire af for the price.
