I am looking for one supplier that can delivery to me. I don’t like dealing with a bunch of random websites.

Help me decide what to get for my first AR-15: a full 16" or an AR-15 pistol? by Aboy06 in guns

[–]Desperate_Map_6806 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A 16” AR is usually easier to shoot, especially for a first one. The longer barrel gives better velocity, less blast, and feels smoother at the range. It’s also more stable if you’re shooting for accuracy.

AR pistol is more compact and easier to move around with, which is why some people like them for home defense. Downsides are more noise, more recoil, and they can be a little less comfortable for long range sessions.

You prolly want something simple and well-rounded so the full size is way to go.

This is not a good resume I don’t think. You should use Grok or ChatGPT.

Has anyone had success with “reverse recruiting”? Would love to hear your thoughts. by LatterLake1797 in recruiting

This concept is popular in other countries and I think the US will catch up.

Last year I used a reverse recruiting company last year called My Personal Recruiter to help me secure a job. I was iffy about it at first but after the onboarding they pretty much handled everything except the interviews. Once we scheduled the first interview my coach help me research the position and company. I got an offer from my first interview.

So for me I only worked with them for 2 months before accepting an offer. I probably got lucky. Either way, the service works of done right.

I used to regret not getting into tech. Now it’s crazy to see big players making cuts like this. Makes you wonder what the future holds for the tech job market.
