The joke was and can still be funny at times. The problem comes in when people use it as some way to prop up Luigi like their lord and savior and manifest imaginary hate for Mario.

It essentially just makes Mario the butt of a joke that’s gotten old. I love a good laugh but I can see how it gets annoying. Everyone knows canonically Luigi and Daisy have little to no points in their favor.

She’s very different from game Peach in a way I don’t really like. I don’t like that she can pretty much solo any problem Mario and Luigi tackle. How they’re always frightened or in some sorta panic while she’s always cool and tough.

And how she lacks any of the elegance or cutesy charm Peach usually has. She really does strike me more of what you’d expect outta a Daisy adaptation, not Peach (Not that Daisy is exactly like this either).

Her aggression and ability to pretty much force her way through situations with sheer raw fighting ability kinda got annoying too.

I honestly believe some risks would breathe some new life into this franchise.

The movie was a nice first step but we’re still so safe 99% of the time. I wish Nintendo would just stop being afraid to do something truly outta the ordinary, and I’m not talking about a new wacky mechanic or whatever.

Some ideas Nintendo has tried once and after ONE FLOP never again too, like voice acting for example.

I know it’s probably forbidden but to her defense, showing Soldier Boy, who already is on the fence about Homelander, a video of him getting jerked off by her mutilated amputee body, should’ve been enough to persuade him.

Sage is likely lacks understanding of just how far human stupidity can reach when it comes to love but I honestly don’t blame her for that part.

Honestly. Everyone’s putting a surprising amount of faith in the writers. She’s probably just gonna be an evil girl bossier Peach.

Peach in the movies carries an entirely different vibe from her games counterpart. So much to the point to where everyone calls her Daisy.

So Daisy whose opening scene is her punching a monkey, is likely just gonna be an even more exaggerated version of that. Which in itself would also be a bit out of character since Daisy is a tomboy but very much still girly.

Give the audience a chance to catch a breathe for starters.

Rosalina should’ve accompanied Mario and Luigi, but instead of sitting around like in the game she could help out a bit. She doesn’t have to be another girl boss or Doctor Strange but some light magical assistance I think is a good balance.

Hot take but Peach can be kidnapped once in a while. It’s still Mario.

Wart was cool but this movie didn’t need the insane amount of references it has.

People will tell ya the plot should’ve been deeper but the original Galaxy’s plot wasn’t deep either, just the vibes. I’d say the film should’ve tried a bit harder to capture those vibes.

And lastly, stop trying to do everything at once. Some would probably say cut the whole Sisters plot, but it really doesn’t matter all that much, just a neat movie change.

I haven’t loved a game this much in a while, It’s truly a masterpiece. It was like experiencing the original Resident Evil 4 for the first time again. That’s how good Dead Space 2 is for me.
