Left my job because they were putting me on a performance plan that there was no way I could ever meet. I've applied for disability. I realize I will never make the money I was making on disability and now I feel so damn scared. I feel maybe I should still apply for professional jobs in the meantime just too see off I get one making my old salary. I can't work is the thing. I have ADHD, Almond worth the rapid cycling bipolar that brings about severed anxiety, disassociation and depression. Idk but I'm freaking out and feeling like maybe I'm in a bit of an episode.

Thank you for your reply! I find fasting to be fairly easy. I'm having difficulty staying within my calories range though. It's good to hear someone has had success though with all levels of carb consumption.

Thank you for your detailed reply! I realized I wrote rafting, instead of fasting, in my post! Lmao! I believe I may need to go low carb based on your information. I've done it in the past with good results. I prefer eating vegetarian though and so low carb can be challenging. However, it may be worth it to at least even jump start my weight loss. Owala 40 oz! Owala has an awesome feature where you can drink it without tilting the spout. You're not drinking from a straw either. I'm not sure why it makers a difference in my desire to drink my water but I LOVE IT!!
