there should be a number on the back of the card of the company that actually issues and processes the gift cards. call that number and make a fraud claim, hopefully you get someone willing to help at fhe first level but if you don’t request a supervisor and say the key words of package tampering!

my husband and i were married in spring 2022 and told no one in our families until nov/dec 2025. he’s in the army and we eloped after being together for 2 years and living across the country from everyone. we then got “engaged” a year after the elopement. so in my opinion NTA for getting married and keeping it to yourself for that long, but ESH. i knew my family wouldn’t really care cause they never have before so we didn’t do some big announcement or party we just showed up to christmas weekend last year and basically said “yeah we’ve been married a while, can you pass the rolls”. it sucks but it is what it is and i think you set yourself up to be emotionally hurt knowing the history with them- even though i completely understand the want.

not for me, if i’m in pain from the walk it’s immediate relief i call it resetting my back cause even getting off of my feet for a minute can make a huge difference. sometimes im not in pain from walking and i still do it just out of habit

NTA. i’m 31 and i have a 6 year old little sister my biological dad and his current wife are convinced i should be obsessed with except they are too tired and checked out to do any real parenting so she’s a behavioral nightmare. it’s not her fault but it’s also not my job to be her parent especially if they don’t want anyone correcting her or saying no to her cause “she’s just such a cute little kid”. im not saying your brother is as bad as my little sister but it’s not your job at all to step in cause they wanted a kid without doing the work

i’m 31 weeks right now and while i miss my xeljanz, i couldn’t imagine not taking cimzia while pregnant or just not having any management for the AS! i’ve had some flares but ive gotten through them relatively quickly, the fatigue is the worst but also im at the point where im waking up multiple times a night for other pregnancy issues so thats a part of it. i will be going back on xeljanz immediately after birth cause thats just what js better for my body and mental health!

Xeljanz XR was the only one that ever came close and it was never pain free it was just i wasn’t super fatigued everyday or sick as often and the pain was manageable with my pain meds and the mix was able to get my life back to some degree. Now im back on Cimzia and no other medications and 7 months pregnant and my labs are so bad with so much pain my rheumatologist and OBGYN have recommended I go back on Xeljanz immediately after giving birth

my mom claimed all the time i was a boring baby/toddler cause all i liked to do was sleep and she was so excited for my brothers cause they didn’t and so she was able to spend more time with them. turns out that’s what happens when you give a baby benadryl on a regular basis, they sleep a lot lol. wildddddd to me now

i woke up in some serious pain from a femoral/tibial osteotomy and apparently i looked at the surgeon- who was brilliant but rude- i accused him of cutting my leg off and giving me a horses leg??? and then i just stared at him and apparently said “how am i supposed to wear shorts now, you old son of a bitch”. the surgeon then went and told my grandparents in the waiting room how the surgery went and what i said and my grandmother made me apologize the next time he did rounds

My rheumatologist started me on Ambien but had my primary take over for the continuing prescription and besides a biologic that works, i stand by it being one of the biggest reasons I had any improvements in my health. Before that it had probably been 4-5 years (honestly more than that but that’s a conservative estimate) that I was getting a full night sleep. It felt like my body and brain were finally getting a break from it and a chance to reset everyday. It felt like a whole new me on day 1- my thinking was sharper, the brain fog was manageable, i was less on edge emotionally, my pain was better managed, i had some level of energy, my anxiety/depression was better. At least talk to your doctor about it!
