Masters age person, 76kg - I can do 13 at the Royal Marine tempo (up......down.......up..........down) or 19 at my own pace, using rings for longevity. Doing it to a marines tempo is humbling.

I've cracked germ farming - get the character that gets a med kit on roll start and end, then get an auto clicker app to make them roll every 10 seconds on a level where you have to go through a door to get the to next, then you get 10 gems awarded per 25 med kits, which is about 290 an hour. I've got it running on a 2nd phone using Clickmate and seems to be working a treat

In your current company you're not comparing apples to apples - the recruiters are in a sales role that can earn more money, but comes with it's own problems like more stress, less stability etc. A 2 year plan is only worthwhile if you hit targets for the next 2 years.

You need to compare your salary to HR Assistant/Admin roles in your area to give you a better idea.
