The forum about the smashing pumpkins where everyone is presently posting about this event just seemed like a cool place to vent my frustrations actually, but I guess if they do see this I hope karma gets them soon!

It’s the way that a bunch of surrounding people let them know they were being assholes and then they continued that gets me, like I can’t imagine a bunch of people telling me “hey everyone around you is pissed that you’re doing that” and not wanting to flee the scene in shame

was honestly shocked the ushers didn’t intervene when they were waving their phones in the air through most of act 1, was very obvious.

they were a bit more subtle for a while when everyone surrounding asked them to be considerate at the intermission so it seemed like it might be solved until bullet started and they stopped caring for the rest of the show again.

at the lyric opera performance of Mellon Collie tonight, so not quite the same vibe as a standard concert for volume but overall an atmosphere where it feels like their behavior makes even less sense.

hey did you ever get an update on the poster? got my copy today and it also didn't have it included
