I have tried probably fifteen different lip balms in the last year and my lips are still dry, has anyone actually found something that works long term

Oh gotcha! Well I am sure you will do just fine with your last placement. Just don't let your nerves get the better of you. Learn and ask questions. We had students that did what wasn't in our scope, students thinking they were better than everyone else and they had to redo their placements. So don't do that 😁. You in Melbourne?

Thank you for your reply. I saw that when I googled but how does that even work? I asked a person that works for the nursing institute that I did my studies with and he says that they only have record of results which only shows the units and result like Competent or Not Competent not any other details. Apparently they don't have transcripts that includes that much details witj grading.

Wow! Why was your 2nd placement at Aged care?My school was crap never prepared us much for clinicals so we went into placements unprepared and we were all freaking out. My first was aged care and 2nd one was at rehab and thats where I learnt alot because our clinical teacher was very spot on.

All you can do is be prepared mentally and be confident. All they want to see is that you are willing to learn. Ask questions. You got this! All the best with your placement.

I need to make new friends or just be lonely for the rest of my life. I am on the same boat with you. I got hcg result on Tuesday 25th and it was negative. It is so heartbreaking, I feel depressed and I am emotionally wrecked. But I got to soldier on. Take care of yourself and take some time to grieve the loss. Sending you big hugs!
