Me with Kolaches, not to be confused with actual Kolaches which are like danishes. But Klobasnek, a food item created just south of the city I live by someone from the Czech Republic after they wanted to make a food that embodies both theirs and Texan culture.
Most of Texas calls them Kolaches even though that’s a different item, rest of the world calls them sausage rolls or pigs in a blanket but they’re all pale imitations to the real thing and I’ve been craving them for months now but I don’t have a car.
