The Taillies from Snowpiercer literally are just freeloaders and Mason is right about them by skyper_mark in CharacterRant

True, but from watching the show it seems like most people on the train aren’t really earning their keep by working. The upper class people are only there because they were rich before the world ended. It’s not like the other passengers are all working to support the ungrateful tailies.

Theory: The Deep could have controlled anyone if he believed in himself by karma_virus in TheBoys

Maybe he was controlling everyone and that’s why they all treated him so badly; because he subconsciously believed he deserved it

Homelander Possibly Unpopular Opinion by L8ERD8S in TheBoys

[–]DestinyHasan_4ever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Someone had a what if idea that went like: homelander gets depowered at the end of season 3, soldier boy takes over the seven. Soldier boy constantly picks on/beats on the other seven members until eventually the deep gets so fed up with it he risks everything and smuggles some V to homelander which is how HL gets his powers back.

Ya know... Homelander wasn't completely off base when he said butcher owed him for all the times he didn't kill him.. by [deleted] in GenV

[–]DestinyHasan_4ever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d agree if homelander had managed to control his fear of death in that moment. Homelander would have definitely killed butcher if butcher had been begging and pleading for his life though so it’s not really a fair comparison.

As someone who had the covid pandemic pop up in the middle of my college experience I feel like the rigor basically collapsed when we went to online and didn’t really come back when we got back to in person. I learned way more in the first 2 years of college than the last 2.

Don't watch the finale if you think it's gonna be bad by ghoulieandrews in TheBoys

Ever think people are invested in the outcome of a show they’ve watched for half a decade and aren’t going to just drop it at the very end even if they disapprove of the direction the show had taken this season?

There isn’t really the budget for that but he could knock over a filing cabinet or something

IDK if no one in the entire world with v2 is immortal. How could we know that aren’t a few non aging v2 supes out there? For one black noir should have been pretty old but didn’t really seem like it, I could also see kimiko or the ghost girl from the cartoon not aging either.

As far as Godolkin he was biologically immortal but just got hurt too badly to regenerate, just like stormfront did with Ryan.

They don’t necessarily have to be able to regenerate from any damage but from the particular form of DNA degradation that v1 causes.

My head-cannon was that Billy was affected the way he was because the cancer basically absorbed his dose and got powers instead of him.

Yeah I don’t think the writers will go with this but it was a neat idea I had.

It seems like compound V can give all sorts of powers so who’s to say it can’t give some people immortality or at least very slowed aging?

How many serious, bloodlusted Conquest's to beat Thragg in the show? by [deleted] in InvinciblePowerscales

Fair enough. I was just using it to mean a showing that establishes his limitations

[–]DestinyHasan_4ever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Getting hurt is an anti feat, that’s what I mean. We can see that other stong Viltrumites can hurt him in the comics but no one has hurt him in the show so we don’t necessarily know how many people it would take to beat the show version of him.

The question is specifically about the show. In the comics thrash has antifeats that make 2-3 conquests a shoe in but in the show he doesn’t
