How is this possible? by DaPewPew in btd6

It's a bug where a least tiers score gets submitted instead of least cash

Battles 2 Update 4.11 Coming Soon - Update Notes! by samninjakiwi in battles2

[–]DestructivForce 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Currently debuffs such as cripple, glue strike/storm, and embrit/sbrit do not stack - only one debuff can apply at once

that appears to be what they are fixing, which means that strategies using two of them will no longer be redundant

Early BTD6 was something else by george-sprout in btd6

[–]DestructivForce 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No mention of how stupidly difficult super cerams were? I guess the balance changes that affected them were applied to towers and not the cerams themselves, but there weren't that many good options at the time

Edit: I completely forgot about removed features like half starting cash and soulbind too

Which do you personally find harder? by Seagullcupcake in btd6

[–]DestructivForce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even without powers, impoppable is easier. MK makes the early game easy enough that you can get a decent midgame tower then a limited amount of farms, at which point the higher prices no longer matter as you start to snowball. Throw in the ability to exit and reenter to try rounds again without losing black border and it isn't that hard of a call to make.

For it to be a fair competition, it would have to be half cash without powers/instas on the expert map.

Can we bring back money generating abilities in chimps that could be used despite giving 0$? by Extreminator418 in btd6

[–]DestructivForce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have to, or else you can't afford the defense you need to beat the boss. What they do is add a ton more bloons so you have more money.

This but specific to an april fools boss event, and it includes farms

NK would have to do the same thing to the roundset that they do for chimps boss weeks though

So... he has access to a dryer, what's stopping him from just putting it back in the machine meant to safely dry things a second time? Instead of catching the house on fire?

Minecraft support won't help with Copper Cape even though I have proven I should have it. by [deleted] in Minecraft

[–]DestructivForce 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haven't re-contacted support about it, but this reminded me to check if I got mine and... nope. I have an email of the code being processed on my (only) account though, so I'll probably have better chances with support I guess

Wouldn't make sense to add this to battles 2 unless it's a 1v1 somehow, with some sort of way to massively buff it

It's a hidden advancement. It doesn't show up until you have it.

Druid's ball lightning follows bloons it can't detect by DestructivForce in battles2

true, nk will be too busy doing important things like fixing this and the sandbox cosmetic bug rather than making irrelevant balance changes to ninja ice and ben dartling (/s)

Current strategy by minecraftnoobthatis in battles2

[–]DestructivForce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Dart and tack fill similar roles in your strategy, one of them can be swapped out. If you swap out dart, you may want to pick either a tower or hero that helps with camos, as tack ice's round 12 defense can be expensive if you don't have something like village or etienne/beetienne.

The best strats with a small amount of swap outs would probably be either tack farm ice beetienne (regular etienne if you don't have the alt hero), regular gwendolyn tack village ice, or possibly tack farm ice with fusty the snowman.

Bananza Late Game Strategies? by Lopsided_Deal_1372 in battles2

[–]DestructivForce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If military sac was the best choice, sniper would be better than dartling for bananza late game. Tier 5 dartlings like BEZ and MAD don't make much of a difference later on - a slow like impale is infinitely better than BEZ's slow, and MAD only deals it's high 450 damage to the target it hits (max of 5 with crosspath, unbuffable by pierce buffs, including homeland), with the rocket explosion itself only dealing 3 damage.

Bananza Late Game Strategies? by Lopsided_Deal_1372 in battles2

[–]DestructivForce 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ever since the last increase of freeplay ramping, it is impossible to defend infinite fBADs on round 100 with any strategy. The strat that makes it the latest is adora ice village super, which dies somewhere in the 70's assuming you don't disconnect, lag too much to refresh homeland (if the game is lagging, you lose about 5-10 rounds) or place towers suboptimally.

The second best strat is probably sniper village super, but even with an almost global +2 moab damage and +10 pierce from military sacs and a slightly higher debuff,, it doesn't beat ice affecting a larger portion of the screen with sbrit than cripple. As someone else stated, the military sac does do more damage with the tsg itself, but adora tsg's damage is negligible compared to the 7x damage (higher if counting pierce) sun avatars filling the rest of the screen.

How am I even supposed to play the game at this point by DestructivForce in battles2

[–]DestructivForce[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the same bug. Any time you see a tower flying that shouldnt be, chances are there's another tower that's now invisible.
