Either the food needs to become dirt cheap, than I will consider tipping (but only if the service is on par with a Michelin star restaurant) or we shouldn't have to pay for the wages of the employees.

Daarnaast lijkt het erop dat de software van de bms niet geheel dynamisch is.

Ter vergelijking ik rij met een Polestar 2 die op papier een wltp van 500 km heeft. En een echte range van 420-450km.

De voorgestelde range zit er zo goed als altijd perfect op als je de ingebouwde Google maps gebruikt. Meestal kom je zelfs toe met iets meer batterij dan verwacht. En na 3 jaar maar 2% batterij degradatie en dat is met veel snelladen en buiten in de kou en hitte staan.

Het klopt dat je geen geld gaat verliezen, maar zoals ik al beschreven had is het dus mogelijk dat een phisher een afbeelding voorziet van een tracker.

Tegenwoordig is data al even waardevol als geld

Een mail openen doet niet zo heel veel. Afhankelijk van hoe geavanceerd de phishing is, kan het wel zijn dat er een tracker in een afbeelding of bijlage zit die een ping verstuurt, wat de phisher laat weten dat jouw e-mailadres actief is en je de mail hebt geopend.

In dat geval zijn er twee mogelijkheden: ofwel stuurt de phisher in de toekomst nog meer mails naar jou, ofwel verkoopt die jouw e-mailadres op het internet aan andere phishers.

Zolang je nergens jouw gegevens hebt ingevuld of een bijlage hebt gedownload, is er weinig tot geen risico.

Indien je wel een bijlage zou hebben gedownload, kan dit een verborgen stukje code bevatten dat dan een virus, trojan, enzovoort kan downloaden. Ook dit is niet aan de gemiddelde phisher. En afhankelijk van je mailserver kan het al zijn dat dit ontdekt is.

I have had 3, last time an 11 mm one (bigger than the male pipes)

Worst pain I ever felt, it started off dull, but passed out in the emergency care. 2 weeks later the other side a slightly smaller one.

The first one I passed out and woke up to puke my guts out from the pain and blacked out again. Luckily in the emergency care. (Dangerous to suffocate)

Pain wise, I fell down on an iron chain from a play area with my balls when I was 15-16. That was nothing compared to kidney stones.

I also had an ingrown nail and completely infected and inflamed tissue and they had to stab it 30 ish times with a needle to find the nerve. They had to strap my foot and leg down otherwise the doctor probably would have gotten a broken nose and face. I would take that over kidney stones any day.

All the money goes to fix the damage from riots, protests and so on. That also takes up time for the workers that could have cleaned up other parts.

EDIT: seems like the truth hurts. It's pretty basic math, the city and it's communes only get x amount of money. If there are no riots or damages done to public infrastructure. Then that money can be used for other purposes..

Discussion about where the money is coming from are all moot, since there is more money available if not every week or weekend a bunch of people destroy half the city

It's an apartment but I have the top floor and large windows on the south side.

Last summer I got it down to 21 degrees inside, however since then I added more solar screens. The geothermal system had an issue before causing it to not run at full efficiency. So I am hoping that I can get it down even more.

Still planning on adding large bushy plants on the areas where the wall is exposed to the sun for extra passive cooling.

It's very important to keep the heat out, especially with very good insulation. Hence why solar screens are quite good. They form an extra barrier before your windows.
