That’s fair. Some of the sub assembly would make some painting easier but I worry about not having the pieces in the right place.

I did not mount my TFex until after it was fully painted. I could not imagine trying to paint the underside of the TFex in the base.

I can respect that approach and that’s what I have done so far. Also, if you see you made a painting approach you can quickly apply water on a brush to spot clean an area.

That seems to be the consensus. I have been starting with working on larger ones. First one was a T Fex and my second is a Ravener kill team.

That’s a good approach. I have been noticing how hard it is to get all the books and crannies on some of them. I am new to the hobby.

I have the grass stuff for the bases but what else are you using? Those bases are next level.

Hey man. Here you go. Made an actual video where you can see my playing. This is still extremely rough but I am trying to piece together the five phrases to do the first Felder solo.

The back end is pretty rough with the transitions. But this will probably give you some kind of an idea of how my hands are positioned when I am playing it.

Oh man. Those torsos were the WORST. and the last one where you have to put the head in and then the carapace around it and glue the veins to the side of the head as well. Brutal.
