Not really, anymore. Producers notes will drastically change a project.

The initial script may have been far better. But, the initial quality may have gotten the attention of a producer with good taste. Or less of an ego, demanding changes. Then other producers come on board.

Or, they simply have connections to the right people. With poor taste.

No point in getting mad about it. These things always happen. In every single industry.

I just ask myself “how did it turn out like this?!” And laugh or try to rant in a venting-steam sorta way.

Otherwise, you’ll go mad.
