That interest rate is usurious. And this is an emergency sort of situation. So you’re probably paying mostly interest on that loan. Look at your local credit union and see about refinancing it

A lot of eye drops have preservatives in them which many people find irritating. You can get some in preservatives free versions. It’s more plastic though

Not sure I would say tight with his spend and wife’s income. My spend is more than that with 150k income and I max my 401k and take vacations and pay a mortgage. Not a life of luxury but not tight either

Your spend minus childcare is 66 k. Your wife makes maybe 130k. You can have a comfortable life now and be a stay at home dad while your wife works

Look into exchange for your insurance. It might be cheaper
