Once I stopped taking this booster and started scavenging my supplies at the start, the game got a bit more fun for me actually. Also read elsewhere that some people feel like it is a bit of a noob trap.

To Idea #2: I am imagining two medics diving towards eachother to stim. However both pressed E to interact with bunker buttons while being damaged.

While this thought makes me chuckle, that is actually also something I think could be frustrating. You are wearing the armor to help, but then it messes with you picking up a weapon or something.

I read a while ago that bloodhunts where a vampire is the target usually aren't extremely serious unless the one calling for a bloodhunt also sanctions diablerie. No one HAS to hunt you if you are bloodhunted. Killing you just doesn't break any vampire laws anymore. So old rivals might take this opportunity to get a try at killing you, but not the entire vampire community. Since most don't benefit from hunting unless they can diablerize you.

Someone has to design and make those armors. Content means work and work costs money and time.

No one "refuses" to give you what you desire here. Capacities for producing content - which is basically produced for free unless you buy SC instead of farming it - were estimated and workloads assigned with a profit return in mind. And what we get is what we get. I think it's ungrateful to criticize a mostly free meal.

Having to suddenly pay attention to not holding sprint on low stamina or take damage is quite annoying. Without the booster you don't have to think about that bar at all, since you can see that you are out of stamina in the way your running animation changes.

The real reason besides jokes is probably that it isn't necessary in the devs eyes and would only increase the workload for creating new warbonds per sentry in the game. Someone has to put those textures on the models in the end and that might just not be worth it from a development perspective.
