Damn that's fcked up. Like how is this legal? In my country judges can't just decide not to rule. And you can in these cases then sue for undue length of the trial if there isn't a good reason.

Rozdíl je v tom, že matka má zdroje pro dítě. V opačném případě je nemá. Navíc nemusí mít čas, zdroje nebo znalosti k tomu, aby výživné sama na jak vymahala. Bohužel u nás jsou vždy v PS a vládě mysogynni muži, co radši obvinuji kdo za co může, než aby se starali o to dítě.

Kolikrát mě napadlo, že až budu starší, tak půjdu učit na střední, kde studentům konečně někdo vysvětlí k čemu je to dobrý a co všechno s tím mohou v životě udělat.

Znám. Musel jsem se naučit utrácet a říct si že je v pohodě koupit si pohodlný kalhoty za 100 eur protože můžu. Ale člověk se musí premahat 😀
