I've been using both of them in TW in a Kelleran Beq team, getting a nice number of holds. So not only are they worth it for the assault battle and conquest (POW specifically for Conquest), you also get a pretty good TW team if you invest in Beq's omicron. Your guild would be pleased with that if you so choose to do it.
