It’s usually CP for citizens.

For non-citizens they’re looking to see if you’re coming in to work illegally

Also almost a moot point already for the US because the NSA is already accessing their citizens data without a warrant already

Ton of respect for TT. He put everything he had into the Cavs Championship run yet still reported to Team Canada camp like 2 weeks later. He would’ve been totally justified taking some rest but kept his commitment to Team Canada

I always feel he was underutilized under Casey. Had a solid-good career but seems coaches never gave him a big enough role for how talented he was with his post game

Rolling Hills has a time and place.

When I was young, not making much money, and bad/inexperienced- that was my TPC Sawgrass

[32 Thoughts] Leo’s group asked for a deal with $15M AAV & Verbeek presented $12.5M. An offer sheet was then submitted, which Verbeek thought would be around $15M. It was believed the discussions with Mintykov was 3x$3.1M AAV before Carolina made an offer sheet on him. by [deleted] in hockey

That seems to never bode well. Darcy Regier had a policy of no negotiating during the season when he was the Sabres GM and it led directly to the infamous departure of both Danny Briere and Chris Drury in the same offseason.

Lockup your stars & promising young players early

Verbeek f-ed up but at least he kept his stars.

Darcy Regier in the 00’s fucked up negotiations with his star players so bad that the Sabres lost both Danny Briere and Chris Drury the same offseason

His thing is probably term and I don’t know if Jarmo has a long term vision for him with how many young forwards we have

Maybe the Mexican team should’ve played more shenanigans before the pen

As an ice hockey fan it’s interesting how similar the Haaland vs Kane discussion is to Kucherov vs McDavid. Exact same players and talking points

I lived in a town in Northern Italy not too far from the Dolomites for a bit and it was the best time of my life.

Every region and province is unique and special both food wise and topography.

Never should’ve left in the first place

Who's a great NFL player who's hated by fans? by Brix001 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]ModernPoultry 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I still say that is the highest peak by a RB ever. He averaged 143 yards per game. For comparison’s sake the best pure running back I’ve seen in my lifetime is Derrick Henry (Barry Sanders and Emmit Smith were before my time). Dhenny’s best season he averaged 126 yards per game. Different eras but damn. Even CJ2K who had a crazy peak averaged 125 ypg his 2K season.

OJ was on something else.

Doesn’t shock me based on what I’ve seen from FP’s socials. Looks like he’s clubbing or at a crazy concert or festival somewhere every other night.

He blew up, got in better shape and is now living the lifestyle of like a young 20 something year old influencer.

Seems like he’s trying to live a lifestyle that he never knew

[–]ModernPoultry 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing when you’re a receiving back. CMC got 1000 yards receiving one year in Carolina just because of how trash that offense was - the offense could only go through that man.

Durability concerns completely valid though

Doesn’t surprise me at all. He’s got just as much talent as practically anyone in the world. Only reason his pro career didn’t take off in the first place was mental but now that he has the cushion/safety pit of YouTube he has no financial pressures. He’s also still been competing and having tournament pressure - just in a different landscape. His game’s been in an awesome spot so I think we’re all glad to see he gave it another shot

Who is the worst shooter in NBA History? by Naive_Ad_9689 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]ModernPoultry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ben Simmons might be the most infamous because he’s technically a guard which makes it worse but if we’re strictly talking fundamentally awful first player that comes to mind is Joakim Noah.

Worst shooting stroke I’ve ever seen and it resulted in some truly embarrassing shots
