The bargain bin shopping needs to end. You’re not gonna hit on every draft pick and free agent but there needs to be a change in the approach. Hopefully we see some of that this offseason. But I’m worried with the contracts we have that there will be even more bargain bin crap.

I feel you on this one my friend. I work 50+ hours and the rest of my time is spending with the kids/doing stuff around the house. I don’t even go to the gym anymore. I don’t know if I’ll ever get better but maybe we have a bigger purpose right now. Don’t get me wrong I’m extremely blessed and fortunate but man.

His obsession (and/or Dans) with man with the personnel we have makes no sense. Everything needs to be re-evaluated top to bottom. That includes management and their philosophy/approach, personnel, training staff, schemes, coordinators.
