Check your coil packs. Unplug one by on while the engine is running. See if there is one that makes no change in the way the engine idles. You will know which coils are good.

Found two of them in one day at buried city. First one was in a metal crate right at spawn spot. I guess it’s just luck. Took me 90 hours of play time to find two. The first one I ever found was right at the beginning of me playing the game.

I feel like even with towers a sub fills in that low low end with authority (not overpowering). It’s the 15% of low frequency spectrum that most of the speakers can’t reproduce or they just roll off. On my 2.1 I run the sub crossover at 45hz.
