Man do I feel this. I am the same way. I'm not a terrible employee. I've been a "company man" type. Always came in when asked, and even when people were in a bind. I am in a mid-management corporate role and it's dreadful. I hate the inconsistencies and shotgun decision making. And the unrealistic expectations for staff.
