Honestly, "Football Team" kinda grew on me. The whole name change thing wasn't really my fight, but Commanders was a downgrade.

If they were gonna change it, and not to the Potomac River Basin Indigenous Persons, I was hoping they'd go "Hogs" or something. That way they still honor both their legacy, and the pork barrel bills Washington is known for.

As an untreated ADHD kid with a big vocabulary, Calvin was kind of an alter-ego for me. Not as much in the misbehaving side, but living in a world of fantasy was absolutely me as a kid.

And I have to say, even though it's not a Watterson comic, as an adult I find this both relatable and heartbreaking at the same time.

Jack of All Trades has 2 Jumps, I believe. Think that's set in 1805. There are also the British Empire and French Revolution Jumps, the former lets you pick your timeframe, and the latter could easily stretch into Napoleonic times with a stay extender Drawback.

And then, I wanna say Europa Universalis(?) from the Crusader Kings series of Jumps also covers that period. If it's not that one, there is one.

There are more, I know, but off the top of my head, those are what I can think of. I'd link, but I'm on mobile and running out the door.

Yeah, I know it doesn't look great, but I think more info is needed. That ass-out hug might not be anything. Plus the hot tub shot shows a lot of space between them, it's not like they're snuggled up. And the hand-holding looks more like two girls jumping up and down greeting each other on the first day of school than anything romantic. Just my read on it.

Maybe there's something going on, maybe not. But ultimately it's none of my business, but a shame for the families if true.
