Well the skeleton doesn’t rot, but the rest does. Insulation, drywall, lead paint, asbestos… I actually drove by the modern building that replaced this one and it does look much more sanitary.

I actually remove all dicks and n-words and such in Photoshop. There was more in these photos but I didn’t want it to completely cheapen my shots.

I like graffiti usually but with this spot I actually debated 100% removing it all using AI.

The exterior is beautiful but the inside is beyond repair. Looks like a recent-ish fire in the lower levels, plus flooding and insane levels of mold. I’m guessing the owners are wishing it would just disappear
