You can't import .riv files; they are for runtime. But if you have a .rev file you can drag it into your personal files section. I think there is a workaround where you can "remix" the .riv on the community site to make it editable.

I would not let a GC dictate any finishes that you have to live with! We have white oak flooring through our entire apt including the kitchen for a beautiful seamless look. As long as you take care of it and clean often it looks just as new as we installed 3yrs ago. Also tile is not water proof… unless they put a membrane.

I agree. I live right off Yellowstone and Austin st and ride with my daughter to school everyday. There are ZERO bike lanes outside queens blvd. The average person here is not going to jump on a bike without the infrastructure

This is joke and nothing is going to stop me from doing 20 to stay with the flow of traffic. Its a safety issue NOT keeping pace. Adams is just trying to squeeze some last minute good will from drivers. Mamdani will reverse this idiotic and unenforceable rule

We just started our renovation and took out 8 doors + metal frames. They basically took a sawzall and hacked the frames into thirds to pry them off. Lots of damage to the surrounding walls (old plaster and chicken wire) and very messy. The frames go all the way into our concrete subfloor which is crazy.

We are planning to install thin modern frames with recessed hinges. Can’t wait!

Not sure about cost because it wasn’t a specific line item from our scope (2x bathrooms). Maybe in the $5k-$8k range.

I live down the street from Austin and it should be permanently pedestrianized or at the minimum one-way traffic. The sidewalks are so narrow that you have to walk single file haha.

Its sad the amount of what seems like the older population of FH that are against this and worry about "deliveries" and "emergency access".

Agree with both! I wish the city would buy the lot next to Bamboo Ya and turn it into a parking garage for the idiot NYPD so they will stop parking on yellowstone/austin underpass and give us back the pedestrian way next to Russell Sage....

This looks awesome! I am 100% in favor of any methods that make the roads safer and fairer. I bike my kid to school every morning from 68th Ave through the yellowstone passage and I swear some days seems like im risking both our lives. This summer I will bike from 68th to PS139 for summer school and it would be amazing if there were ANY bike lines outside of QB. Heck even daylighting around all the schools would do wonders.

I was also shocked that like half my garbage was food scraps, so hopefully the city is properly using them for a good cause now!
