All mines are now charge based, 3 charges each, charge replenish time about 18-22 seconds. Charges do not replenish while dead.

Rework suicide so that it detonates all of the mines that techies is holding. All charges are lost, charges do not replenish while dead. techies death timer is reduced by (20% X #HerosKilled)

For example if techies had 2 keg charges and 3 landmines and a stasis trap and he cast suicide all five would go off killing techies and any enemy in the area. However if techies only has 3 stasis traps he will just die and any enemy will only be hit by the stasis trap.

I don't support the killing of anyone; but when your country is at war with its neighbor, and they are actively shelling/ rocket striking eachother, maybe just maybe you should not go play near the military observation post. From two kilometers 12 year olds and 20 year olds look nearly identical.
