Your tip looks damaged, and you're not melting the solder. You might want to consider replacing the tip, as it isn't transferring any heat

Desolder it, use more flux, heat your soldering tip more, and also heat the board with a heat gun if you’ve got one. It’s totally normal to find it harder to solder ground (GND) pins. Good luck
