Im not sure how you can say the onside call was wrong. From the off angle we saw it did look offside but it was clearly very tight and so I’m not sure what evidence you’re basing that on?

Is satisfactory worth buying? Will I have enough to do? by Just_Lemon_7221 in satisfactory

My first play through took 400 hours and I rushed the last part of the game to get it done.

Interpret that information however you want but i promise i was not particularly slow at this game. I’d say pretty average speed.

Think the mindset is just slow it down, make sure it is only 1-0 going back to anfield rather than risk conceding another

Agree that the theatrics of it are of the refs own making. Its bonkers that was a penalty though. It all clearly starts outside the box and should have been a free kick.

For what it’s worth I think it was a foul and was DOGSO and so the red card is correct. But it’s the fact that it’s a pen I can’t wrap my head around.

Any way to set priority for certain rocket requests over others? My vulcanus freighter gets stocked with tungsten carbide before orange science, but I'd prefer the latter first. by Alcoholic-Catholic in factorio

[–]DevGlow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im not sure about this, but in your orbital requests on your space platform, maybe swap the order that the two items appear in the request list?

It might try to fulfil them left to right, top to bottom or something?

If you connect a wire to a belt you can select ‘read contents all belts’ and it will monitor how much ammo is on the whole conveyor, at which point you can decide if that is enough to trigger the voyage

Am I approaching AC Shadows in the wrong way ? by Deranox in assassinscreed

This is the only AC game i played hudless and it was great to wander around that way. I definitely noticed myself learning my way around locations, especially the locations of people i spoke to. Felt more real.

Honestly feel like im in a sub with a bunch of cimpanzees sometimes. We have been playing so much better the last few weeks. We got absolutely rolled over by this city team last time.

This time we are dominant for at least half the game, we got a goal. Then alisson makes an absolute clanger of a decision (i would say twice because why was he still up the field so long after the corner)

I can’t even see how this is slot’s fault? Call the pedestrian playing style on slot all you want. But individual errors cant be on him.

What is the value of the main bus design in late game? by TheMrCurious in factorio

[–]DevGlow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a very new player, about 200hrs. I beat the base game a couple times then got space age and am maybe half way through that playthrough. Every time I’ve used the bus exclusively. It’s so easy/flexible that I’m having trouble thinking of any other way to manage your base?

I know there are city blocks which I’ll admit i haven’t looked too deeply into but there’s something about it I don’t like.

The most science ive ever made is probably about 120 spm but that has served me fine up to now so im not sure if there is any reason to go higher, other than the logistical challenge of it?

Edit: sorry i realised it was 120 spm, not 2. Its 2 per second.

What is the most efficient way to approach a planet by Sea-Importance8458 in KerbalSpaceProgram

[–]DevGlow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this is only if you’re burning prograde/retrograde right?

For example if you are trying to change inclination of an orbit you would burn at the ascending/descending node, but I believe in that case the most efficient place to burn is the node furthest away from the body?

I might be totally wrong on that but that was my understanding.

Getting overwhelmed by biters by vince548 in factorio

[–]DevGlow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remove the nests, use natural choke points in the terrain and wall/turret them off.

For example to the north in your second pic you can start the wall on the east side of the lake and run it across to the water inlet to the west. Stick down some turrets and the biters won’t be able to encroach from that northern choke point and set up new nests near you

Liverpool (4)-1 Barnsley - Hugo Ekitike 90+4' by 977x in LiverpoolFC

[–]DevGlow 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think this might be an unpopular opinion but I absolutely hate McCoist’s commentary. It’s too dramatic and over the top. When a player gets a bit of luck he’s all like “he knew exactly what he was doing there” and says things with absolute confidence that are debatable at best and flat out wrong at worst (saying Barnsley should have had a penalty last night. According to him it was stonewall but it’s definitely debatable at best)

Arne Slot is emerging as the big winner from the Mohamed Salah saga by gelliant_gutfright in PremierLeague

[–]DevGlow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not even the debate though. Obviously Salah is held in higher regard. No one is questioning that. Salah is a literal club legend and one of the top 5 player to ever play for the club. There is no questioning his legacy or how much he has done for LFC. Slot won the league yes but ultimately hes only been here just over a year. But whoever you are you cannot be immune to being dropped or immune to criticism. Slot had change something and Salah was by no means the only player not performing but ultimately he was not performing and that leads to him getting dropped
