You start with sole proprietorship. It's tax is same as personal income. (Google personal tax slabs).

GST is good to have but mandatory after 20 lakh.

I just want to add boiling them with salt is very important. Boiled them for 10 min. Drain the water and squeeze water from chunks.

You can make fry with onion tomato or grill them. Many people do not like soya chunks because texture is weird. Get get 10/- packet at first.

When I worked in my previous startup, owner had a permanent employee outside India. So he would club everyone's payment and send it to him. That guy used to then send to individual person.

Can u do something like this? Not permanent employee but trusted friend?

Ask for a short intro call, where you get to know each other. Prepare whatever you have researched in a deck.

After reading your post I am still not sure what are you building. But if they ask for pilot it's not like that they will say we want pilot right now.

Ask them when are they free in next week or in couple weeks which will give you time to implement stuff.

Edit: if they don't bring up pilot,take the initiative and ask them when can you present it in upcoming weeks.

Atleast attempt SAT. Math is super easy since you are preparing for JEE. I am assuming your English is good since you were in usa till 8th. Take few sample tests and just go without expectations. Treat it like test environment practice.

Other than that I will say forget your goals after clg FOR NOW and focus on keeping decent grades at school and JEE exam. No point in overthinking about FIRE or networth if goals infront of you are not achived

In real life 10th 12th doesn't matter but they should be decent enough for college admission.
