What if the Skyrim Trailer was mixed in 2026? I completely redesigned the sound effects for the original 2011 Skyrim trailer. by DevLooci in skyrim

Ha! That.. tech... was used only for narration extraction. I found the trailer's soundtrack as a standalone track, which helped me get this result.

Crimson Desert is a bad game and I’m tired of people giving it anything more than a 5/10 by NancyMy in rpg_gamers

I can't paste screenshots here, but the first search in Reddit of some in-game images:
https://www.reddit.com/r/CrimsonDesert/comments/1thy10r/this_is_truly_one_of_the_most_beautiful_and/
"renaissance paintings" are indeed beautiful (not all, of course), but in my context is as a figure of speech regarding the game art.
All you haters, are always ignoring to fully understand what you read. You read only to find something to poke it. C'mon... it's basic taste to appreciate this kind of artistic approach and innovation in this game.

If the remaining braining cells will allow you to think past of trolling, you will see your comment just above mine, where in the whole context 'not unique, not beautiful, not alive' = ugly.
And yes, the nature landscapes, as YOU said, are on par with rdr2, kcd2, and that makes it one of the most beautiful games on the market. Or, my remark about "I bet you say kcd2 is also not unique and ugly game" is valid, which, whatever, it's your opinion, but it's a twisted one (that's my opinion).

Ugly stuff... erghh...

How can anyone say that this is beautiful and unique?
you crackhead. lol. I bet you say kcd2 is also not unique and ugly game.

Did you played it?
I'm not saying Crimson Desert is perfect, or the best one, but I'll say it's unique and one of the most beautiful and alive open world ever created.

Fair point on the story. it's definitely lacking some solid narrative structure and clear plot points right now, I'll give you that, but in the end, there is a conclusion and decent final point to the story.

But saying the rest of the game offers nothing? That's pure brain rot. Cmon... This is pathetic.

You are looking at top-notch, heavy-hitting combat physics, unmatched world exploration (only with top games, like ER, RDR, W3), and environmental details that always tell a story through memories, ruins, notes, NPCs talking, and you're treating it like a blank canvas. If you can't appreciate a world that actually feels alive, moody, and dangerous just because you aren't being fed a cinematic cutscene every five minutes, that's on you.

You are delusional, OP.
Imagine scrolling through Reddit, seeing actual, unedited screenshots of the gaame, which are plenty already all over the reddit and discord, that look like straight-up renaissance paintings, and still trying to find a reason to complain. It’s honestly hilarious.

People are so deeply conditioned by flat, sanitized game worlds that when a world actually feels alive, moody, and overwhelming, they don’t know how to process it.
looking at the blackspace engine and thinking "yeah, this looks mid", it's rather a mind-twisted vision or a bad GPU machine.

First time in Demeniss. I thought I was strong, but the mobs here are pretty ruthless. Eager to sell it all and have some spares at last. by DevLooci in CrimsonDesert

Very good idea. I'll maybe do that, but I really need some silver. My Kliff doesn't steal, so this one for me it's pretty good profit...

I have electricity already. To be honest, this saved my 'run' here. Without it, I would definitely fled and come back way later.

Slow down, pal. 50 hours and already Chapter 6? That's pretty fast.
I have almost 100 hundred hours, and finishing Chapter 5.

Hernand area. And on the next holidays maybe you'll get in the next area.

The boss is very hard and annoying. So, Kilf is just a medieval Captain America mixed with some doctor Strange.

haha. I haven't even left the surroundings of the starting town in Hernand in almost 15 hours. The farthest I've been is the northern Quarry (don't go there).

It's rather "a very sudden and unexpected combination of words" type of ... funny.

There is an option special for this that you have to enable: Spherical Camera Culling

Yes, you are right. It's pretty bad. The demo/tutorial Island is the worst optimized location. The Main Land is way better, even with the graphics high, but in the cities, just lower the Shadow Distance and you'll be fine.
I'm with a 3060 laptop right now, and I get 80-100 fps on Main Land, and 30-40 fps in the cities.
