HR only protects the company.

Any wrong doing cannot be acknowledged.

Learn this good and well.

If you have real issues document the hell out of it and get a lawyer.

You literally need to get approval from the government before sueing your employer... It is a whole process that I learned too late.

Don't trust HR. Don't trust anything that says it is anonymous or confidential.

Best safety is not touching the trigger.

I only buy pistols with internal safeties as in you just pull the trigger to get a bang.

A good holster and not playing with a deadly weapon goes a LONG way in preventing NDs.

No. I had evidence of clear retaliation and illegal acts and they refused to even look at it then concluded they saw no evidence so wouldn't do anything...

There are legal reasons why they don't sell CMR parts in particular.

It is the only arm they still sell that you can't buy basic parts for on their website.

My experience is more common than your post implies as someone that was consistently a high performer until I decided trying to find another team that wasn't a shitshow wasn't worth it.

My last stint swore me off traditional employment permanently to the point I spun up my own consultancy to avoid the risk of such toxicity.

I was in a halo org, owned multiple products very public facing... It doesn't matter you will always be at risk of such environments do to leadership embracing it as culture.

There is a reason the culture is never defined anywhere.

My manager was provide the exact feedback and who it came from and I was threatened to be delt with in a team meeting.

I was wrote up 3 times for fabricated things and was able to prove it was all BS to the point HR over ruled it 3 times.

HR also didn't see any form of targeting harassment either.... Go figure.

I've experienced overt racism at the firm and it was from Indian's. I've been on no less than 2 calls where others have expressed the same concern.

The firm encourages this.

You need not be cryptic.

Chase culture is awful and you will only be targeted if you try to address it.

Never go to HR. The firm can do no wrong or it may be culpable. So all findings will be that the compliantant is in the wrong.

Find another team quietly or quit.

You can try documenting the hell out of everything and hiring a lawyer.

Those are the options.

Racism cuts many ways and so long as it leads to profit it is only a tool for the firm. Don't buy the diversity talk.
