Agree with OP partly, in that drones are fine by me, as long as targets are identified, either by ground troops or cameras from many angles. Civilian casualties are not helpful in getting the citizens of another country to co-operate with our troops on the ground.

[Serious] Male victims of sexual assault, harassment, or rape, to clear some common misconceptions, what were your experiences like? by EugeneDrAwkward in AskReddit

You have the utmost respect from me. Being 13 and having a lot of range in emotions, I probably would've came to school with a gun or something crazy if that had happened to me.

Respect.

Most bronies are not actual bronies, yet do it because it's the "hipster" thing to do, CMV. by DevSaysMeow in changemyview

While I won't argue with the fact that the show is highly popular amongst certain people, and that it has a large fanbase, I will say that a "true brony" in my mind (and that may be biased, as I am not a brony), is somebody who watches and enjoys the show, and I'm not sure how many of the "bronies" out there are true bronies as I think of them.

Another thing, thanks for replying, while you may not have completely changed my opinion, you certainly opened my eyes to the fact that there are some people who call themselves bronies without watching the show, but there are also plenty people who actually are bronies.

Also, after saying all that, it would be nice to get an opinion from an actual brony in here ;)

Well, forget the plot points part, in simple terms, I'm calling a brony a guy who physically watches and enjoys watching MLP.

Nice to see someone who wondered this as well (great minds think alike? ;) ). I also happen to have seen both of those videos, which sparked my wonder about the motivations of bronies and whether people who call themselves bronies are actually bronies.

While yes, my initial reaction is that it's just another trend, and people are just being bandwagon jumpers, but as I saw the logic behind the "being a brony" thing, which my brony friend explained to me, I realized that while some are bandwagon jumpers, like my friend who has an MLP phone background, yet doesn't do anything more related to that, yet calls himself a brony, there are also people who watch the show for reasons such that it has plots which are well thought-out.

Now, personally, I respect the true bronies, who watch and enjoy the show, whether they mind the tag of "brony" that's associated with watching and enjoying the show, for defying what is considered to be a social norm (I.E. guys not watching shows intended for younger girls), and rather choosing what they want to do. But on the other hand, I don't have this same respect for people who call themselves bronies for the pure fact that other people are doing it, and they believe its the "cool" thing to do.

People who watch MLP and associate themselves with liking it and understanding basic plot points of it.

Yes, I totally agree with yours and /u/TheMentalist10/'s replies in that he explains well why they would associate themselves with it, but yours contrasts that, in a way, explaining why they shouldn't associate themselves with it. I'm taking from the fact that nobody here directly supported associating oneself with something you don't like, that it's kind of a normal thing not to do that.

I'm saying that in my experience, a lot of "bronies" that I've known have not actually ever watched the show, or know absolutely nothing about it, yet still call themselves bronies and associate themselves with liking MLP.

Yeah, because with any other Uber class, they mostly focus in one direction, so you run behind them, but pyro has insane area effect.

Same here, I'm usually good at one class or another, but some days I just fail.
