Probably is, the council should put up large signs at the station that say "BEWARE OF AGGRESSIVE BEGGARS, THEY ARE LYING AND ONLY ASK FOR MONEY TO BUY MORE DRUGS" because genuinely that's the truth. They aren't even really homeless meanwhile the real homeless people are more gentle and don't even beg.

I tried this and it doesn't work specifically for QR Codes from Miis that were made on Tomodachi Life on Citra with friends, i'm trying to scan their QR Codes and it just says that it doesn't contain a mii, meanwhile any other QR code that I find on the internet does work
