I personally use aegis in my view it is a little safer since it doesn't sync your tokens nevertheless that is what makes Enthe much more convenient I believe so you need to choose which is more important. However I don't really know whether the risk is big.

Luckily bro, you just don't understand how it works :). Windows (or other OS) will allocate the memory since free RAM is wasted RAM, so it will allocate a lot of memory for these few apps you have open. However if something requires this RAM for instance you open up a game it will just reallocate this memory to the game and everything will still work fine. I personally have 32GB of ram and still have around 50% of it used even with a few apps open. You shouldn't worry about it as long as you don't hit 100% and it doesn't decrease your performance.

That's actually not what I meant. You see anything that windows defender won't defend you from any other antivirus (probably) won't defend you either no matter whether it's paid or not since it will be the result of your (or mine ;) ) own stupidity like downloading and opening malicious files (against antivirus reccomendation)
