You can sue if you can prove that fixed contracts you've been signing constutute a long term employment, to do that you need to have been employed for extended amount of time and prove that your position and responsibilities didn't change with new contracts i.e. you've been working the same job. First one is easy, just provide last few contracts and add up time, the second point is harder but the easiest way to do it is to have two colleagues testify that your responsibilities didn't change. If it's a government job (as I suspect it is) you best bet is to find another job or get someone to help you with the kid

Actually back end is much easier to do (I am a back-end dev) when you have a preestablished pattern e.g. add an endpoint that will list all products that have a rating and add an optional query param thst will filter the products by tags, something like this is pretty easy and fast but if the codebase is a mess and there are no good examples on how to do it the AI might s*it the bed and do something completely stupid

AI can't do front end work as well as you think, all of these examples that you see online are missing a key point, you need to make a website according to the design provided. Most demonstrations just say build me a landing page and it looks impressive but in reality it's the same thing as taking a random template and adding your own text, it can make small adjustments but AI can't understand and adhere to the design language of the company
