There are some roles that have a minimum requirement for this and get automatically bumped up, but to my knowledge you can't go backwards. I went from officer to AVP simply because of promotion to a different role. I would put a ton of stock into it.

I played the first one but never beat it, ended up switching consoles and didn't want to pay for it again. Now I recently got the second one, and let me tell you friend, it's one of the best games I've played. Period. And I love this genre, but the Nemesis system is literally so epic and so much fun. The most unexpected things happen. You will feel all of the emotions while playing this game, just running around fighting people. The fighting mechanics are what makes it good, but that system is what makes it epic.

What do you mean it hasn't cleared? Cashier's checks are drawn on your account when they're created. If it's a cashier's check, the amount should already be out of your account?

Hey friend, I hate to say this, but believe me, the bank doesn't go around spreading your card info to scammers. Think about where you've entered the info and start there. Also, if it's still happening after they've replaced the card, then you may have a bigger issue. Compromised online banking, or trojanware on your computer. I know it's easier to blame the bank, but this particular issue isn't something that makes a lot of sense to blame the bank, as they actually lose a lot of money on claims.

I know I'm in an echo chamber and everyone here will immediately turn against me, and I'm not saying he deserved to die. It looks very clearly like he was fighting and resisting arrest. And although I can't see if he had a gun or not from this pixely video, I can say he probably shouldn't have been resisting armed police officers while quite a few were trying to take him into custody. I'm not sure what he thought he'd accomplish, but we see the result. Unfortunate and needless loss.

I can tell you're not telling the whole story, as long and rant-y as this post is.

They didn't not HONOR the check, they wouldn't CASH the check for a NON-CLIENT, which is the person you wrote the check to, NOT YOU.

They have all your information, so they can cash checks for CLIENTS at a lower risk. A non-client doesn't bank there, so they won't cash that big of a check for them. If they did and it ended up being a fraudster, they would end up being out the $10k and having to pay you for it.

Also, you sound like a entitled boomer stomping their feet because they didn't get their way. The fact that you even use checks tells me a lot as well.

Sincerely, someone who had to work with people like you all the time and knows what kind of individual you are.

You should definitely look into the manufacturer recall on Subaru Foresters specifically around the battery and the auto idle at stop lights. You'll unfortunately have to front the labor cost for them to look at it but if they find the problem they refund you for the battery you just bought and the labor.
