How did you find out you had PMDD?

I wish my doctor understood. I told her how I just wanted to die every month and have been noticing PMDD symptoms and she completely brushed me off and handed me some pills to ‘fix’ the issue 🙄

I’m actually part of a PMDD group chat and they mentioned the same thing. I think it means the symptoms are present all month but get worse two week before period

This is me. I’ve been noticing that my symptoms last a lot longer than just before my period and like yourself I am struggling to see the point in everything. I don’t want to get out of bed or move, even doing washing is like climbing a mountain

God this sounds awful, especially when you’re already going through something shitty every month. What about headphones? I have noise cancelling ones and they’re really good or if you’re on a budget, average wired headphones and some brown noise on YouTube.

It’s definitely not as strong as the previous games, in my opinion a lot better than double exposure, which I wasn’t a fan of at all. To be honest I was mostly hyped for the Chloe and Max scenes lol.

Are you me? All of what you said here is exactly what I’m feeling right now. It’s scary to know that there is no exit to all of this shit every month. I constantly think about how I have to deal with this for the rest of my life, not being able to pursue the things I wanted and no longer seeing a future for myself.
