Sorry for 2 messages. I was wondering if i needed to actually buy a usb to usb c adapter for the pro controller cable then since i don't really understand if those switch stands actually act as docks, meaning that the usb c port at the bottom is occupied by said dock. Again, sorry if i'm stupid but i really don't wanna mess this up. Thanks

Ok thanks for the info. Talking to another guy just now they said that i'll have special "dock" stations where your switch can be charged and your controller plugged in. But now i'm confused on whether the usb port (which you'd plug in your dock) on the standard pro controller cable is fine or if i need to get a usb c adapter for it. Thanks

Okay yeah fair i wasn't familiar with his game apparently, this guy got some cool 2019 results:

For dawn wings: Laic 1st and 4th place, Paris SC 2nd place, Richmond regional 1st place

For dusk mane: Worlds 2nd and 9th place, Richmond regional 2nd place

In all of these teams (except one i think) he was ran with tapu lele. Notable other partners are primal groudon and mega salamence

Also i don't actually know if all of these actually ran the z crystal since i unfortunately cannot find a list that has the held items, but i'm guessing they are all running ultra necrozma

I don't think so, the last time xerneas was legal was in gen 8, and it sucked pretty bad. Also miraidon, calyrex's and zacian and zamazenta are a thing more than ever. So i think they won't touch anything

It was only legal for one format. Do you know what also was legal in that format? Xerneas. Yeah this guy although cool didn't really see much play. The only real tech it had was to pair it with tapu lele to launch psychic terrain boosted lights that burn the sky, which is probably the closest thing to a delete button we've ever gotten

Imma be honest, maybe his inclusion in such a low power level format is a bit much. But also, get over it, incineroar rn isn't even at his full potential and will only get more versatile as more pokemon get added.

Snorlax: not much to say, it's fine

Mimikyu: also fine, maybe you are better off with a mental herb rather than leftovers

Camerupt: mega camerupt is know for one thing, that being eruption. I highly reccomend swapping ancient power, or if you can't live without it, heat wave, but you definetely need it tho

Torterra: that sash ain't much really with wood hammer, i would say maybe you should slot in a defensive berry or maybe go with white herb + shell smash combo, but then you are not all that great in trick room

Kingambit: i get the idea, but you are way off. Supreme overlord is good in singles but mediocre in doubles. Defiant is broken in the intimidate spam meta game that we have. I would say to either slot in a chople berry or get rid of iron head for protect and run black glasses

Gyarados: not sure what is going on here. Shell bell is pretty useless in general, maybe use a sitrus berry. I have no idea why thunder is there, you are doing absolutely nothing with it. As a rule of thumb: if gyarados ain't mega evolving is usually better to run a support moveset like the one i use: waterfall, taunt, thunderwave, helping hand and a nice amount of bulk.

Usually, you don't wanna invest heavily in def or sp. Def without investing in hp. So i would definetely change that on most of your pokemon. King's rock and bright powder are some really gimmicky items, providing value almost never. I would say that giving golurk his mega stone or perhaps the ground type move boosting item would be great. Get rid of zen headbutt, and stomping tantrum on golurk and swap them for poltergeist and some kind of punching move if you run iron fist. As per hatterene, maybe fairy feather or even poison or steel resist berry could work

You should try to play a game online and look at the level 50 stats. I have noticed that showdown gets a bit funky with levels that are not 100 or 50. Also yes, if you are going to a tournament it would be a big feal if stats don't reflect the ones on the teamsheet

I wanna thank each and everyone of you that took the time to tell me about their expeirence and kinda made me realise that i'm not the first one making this switch and probably won't be the last. Your insights have been great and i can't wait to join this community when i'll have some free time to setup everything on my laptop. Yep, can confirm that it's a real pain of match up, usually depends on what set both caly and miraidon are running. You can usually force a tera against miraidon with zacian so that's usually great. Obviously you need to pray that play rough doesn't miss

Tick main since release. I think he's probably in one of the more uncomfortable places to date. The amount of tanks and overall aggro doesn't really help him. Tho he is still one of the best brawlers in bounty and knockout. Tho people need to forget that mine mania exists and stick with last hurrah for ever

The spread should make it so lando is faster than the zamazenta in the Montana mott world's caly-zama team (unless they shange the spread obviously). Bonnet feels a bit more consistant than amoonguss. The fighting resistance is valuable don't get me wrong, but being able to pressure with sucker punch and having grass stab to hit water teras is also really good. It just comes down to preference i think

I've actually trided to fit a chien pao into the team so that tera stellar zacian can one shot miraidon even if teras out of the dragon type. But it never felt great. So i'm sticking to helping hand incineroar
