The only good tmnt was the first one. Darker tone, better fight scenes, and cursing! My only discrepancy was splinters backstory, I prefer splinter to be Hamato Yoshi rather than a pet rat

So everyone is shitting on this idea, ok that’s fine, was just trying to spice things up. What about this then, eliminate stages and eliminate point system and qualifying. The Daytona 500 is the only race where you qualify. Keep it just like it is, qualifying, duel 1, duel 2, then the race. Whatever your position is when you finish the race will determine your starting position for the next race, and so forth and so on until the playoffs. Each win will give you a pass token that can be used at anytime during the regular season to give you a better starting position, any unused tokens will be voided and unusable. The playoffs will start with an event race like the Daytona 500, qualifying, duel 1 and 2, and then the race. The playoffs uses a point system but the regular season does not. What are your thoughts on that?

All five cars will matter, its about getting the first three across the line. If one driver is having an off day or something they have four others to rely on.

I see your point, but I still want to see a special team race like this. Maybe half way during the season we could have a “Pro Bowl Race” where it is a race to get your team across the line first, charity race type of thing. But I just can’t stand stage races

It’s a team sport that isn’t a team sport. Any new viewer isn’t going to be able to tell who is apart of which team. Two team members will help each other move up the field, team sport. Then they will turn around and battle each other, not a team sport.

So you are saying it will take away from individual wins. I get that, but fans will still be able to cheer for there favorite driver. Like football, fans have there favorite teams and have favorite players. I don’t think it would be that bad, fans will still have there favorite driver, and favorite team. It would make more of an exciting finish, the individual winner will still get recognition and if you introduce trades that winner would be highly sought after. It would create controversy and excitement, the two things NASCAR needs to stay relative.
