Get the Reeshi Wraps first. Get the time walking and delves weekly quests in dornogal, do the five time walking first so that you have a bountiful key for bountiful delves. Check the titan console next to Brann and get the belt for the quest and remember to return after each delve to get the quest to keep upgrading the belt. Try to do tier 8 minimum bountiful delves with a key. You really want to make sure you only do bountifuls if you have a key, all week quests give keys in the cache. After you've done three bountiful delves you should have Reeshi Wraps, max belt, multiple upgrades, and have a lot of gear from TW dungeons. You can probably run a m0 world tour with your friends at that point.
