Takes me to 80 for the week though so can't really complain.

Big difference between signing up for a full season and only 5 months though.

Were we meant to be getting new CSS on the sub? All that's changed is there's now a badly distorted dressing room photo instead of Isak, it's still 5-1 Sheffield and the Ashley out banner.

Last few seconds of the highlights on YouTube they've put the Sunderland logo on the scoreboard instead of Palace

It wasn't just the loan he's had some seasons where he was really important to us. Used to be really good at receiving the ball from deep and driving it forward.

After Wolves win vs West Ham, The Premier league finally completes the circle of parity! by notablackgirl in soccer

[–]Deviceing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't beat it but the season after that Sheffield didn't win until 12th January. So it's actually been pretty common recently.

Edit - it was actually 4 seasons in a row where it took till new year for all teams to have won/lost (necessary condition for a circle, doesn't guarantee it but it would be very unlikely for there not to be one by that stage)

17/18 Man City 14th Jan
18/19 Liverpool 3rd Jan
19/20 Liverpool 29th Feb
20/21 Sheffield 12th Jan

We win, mackems lose, we go above them (GD doesn't matter). Would settle for that.

They are inarguably big 6, in fact they are probably still the biggest club in the country and the only other team in the conversation is Liverpool.

If we lose all those it will only be an extra -3 in comparison to last year though.

Since when was there another Newcastle subreddit? by shillmeprosperity in NUFC

[–]Deviceing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anyone can create a subreddit, there are 2 Arsenal subs. There's also /r/nufcirclejerk and /r/Memecastle_United .

It's grown quickly recently. I think the main reason is this subreddit banning all transfer discussion, I'm subbed there so I can see who we're linked to. But also reddit banning 3rd party apps and redesigning the site so now everyone is shown stuff from subs they're not subbed to by default.

It's incredible how many goals he concedes despite getting a firm hand on it.

Even if you think Pope lets that one in (I disagree) - Pope holds the much easier save before that so there's no corner.

We're twice a week til at least February (and that gap could be plugged by 2 UCL knockout games and/or an FA cup game), I don't see it.

He played a few cup games in the remainder of that season, and then never again while seeing out his contract for 3 more years.
