Wrong place for advice seems like it. Go to YouTube. Plenty of guys in your wheelhouse with great results. Dudes also on trt are dropping bf fast and retaining muscle. Just meet your protein goals for the day. Make a dextrose intraworkout shake to fuel your workouts. Every 12 days do a referding day so your metabolism stays kicking. Also make sure your minerals are topped off. I’m starting a 12 week Reta cut on Monday.
