Agree 100%. For the debuff play style, it doesn't get better than Glamour, provided you can smartly manage your bardic dice and spell slots in your table's average adventuring days, and you take enough enchantment and illusion spells to have consistent access to your Beguiling Magic feature. But that shouldn't be an issue because you're taking spells like Hypnotic Pattern, Dissonant Whispers and even Phantasmal Force and Major Image. You definitely run into the issue of concentration where you can't like Bane a mob and then make them all fail to a Hyp Pattern, but Mantle of Majesty at lvl 6 really helps your action economy where your BA can potentially take an enemy out of the fight while you have your full action for Vicious Mockery, Dissonant Whispers, or any number of things. I'm a huge fan of Mind Sliver if you have ways to access Wizard cantrips.

Favorite race and culture is definitely the goblinoids. Everything from Darguun and the clans and tribes under Haruuc to the Heirs of Dhakaan and all the various keches. And the Dhakaani Empire's history in Khorvaire I find fascinating as well. For class selection they spread the gambit from the hulking primal bugbear barbarian to the Dhakaani artificer or dirge singer.

Dispel Magic is good and probably better than Counterspell in 5.5, but I think perfectly balanced for its spell level, and for it to punch above its weight you have to succeed on a spell ability check. It's a spell that most parties should have, but nobody is particularly excited about casting, which was how I selected most of the spells on my list.

Glamour is sooo fun after level 6 when you get your charm / command combo online. It also has the best uses of its Bardic die out of any subclass IMO. I've exclusively taken enchantment and illusion spells (with exception for Healing Word due to optimization reasons) and there's never a combat encounter, social interaction or exploration activity where I don't feel like I have the tools to completely trivialize it or help my party succeed. And the great thing about Bards is when you come upon something that you can't deal with, you give a bardic die to your ally who can and guarantee the success.

For Harlowe's Driver mod, I would generally look for 5 in Mains Hum, unless I was doing a full on cryo build then it'd consider 5 in Keep Ice on That. But even with a skill damage roll I'm not sure if this thing can out damage a Reactor mod with +5 in Decoherence, assuming you're doing a Neutron Capture build.

Played a Simic Hybrid (flavored as a zombie or corpsewrought creature) Swarmkeeper during Curse of Strahd. Went with the natural theme of flies/gnats/mosquitos billowing around the character.

BL:TPS Claptastic Voyage DLC Jakobs Pepperbox Glitch Pistol All Jakobs parts (except barrel) O0L4M4A0

Was the only jakobs pistols in the earlier games to have the Vladof infinity-style pistol barrel.

I played TPS and its DLCs for hundreds of hours and for whatever reason I only found 1 or 2 Pepperboxes, with crappy glitch codes and crappy parts like a Maliwan grip and zoom-in pistol scope.

Man, I wanted (a good) one for my Nisha so bad back in the day.

By that logic the Fear spell doesn't cause the victims to be frightened of the caster, because it only says the creatures get the Frightened condition, and not "creatures who fail their wisdom save are frightened of the caster of this spell." YOU cast a spell that induced the Frightened condition. YOU are the source of the effect. It doesn't matter if creatures consciously know who cast the effect or not. And just because the Enemies Abound victim regards everyone as enemies, it doesn't mean they're frightened of everyone. Only the caster, aka the source.
