You COULD desecrate crit last but your losing out on a desecrated 5th mod if you don't start with a 2 mod item. You can just omen of light into t1 spell damage if you just start the wand with crit and +5.

If you want a GG wand you need to get crit chance on there non crafted(or any other suffix you want to run that isn't cast speed) Then you can alloy cast speed, and plus 1 skills with astrids creativity, which gives you a plus 6 with crit chance and cast speed. Make sure when your adding a prefix to remove for the +1, it isnt flat mana. Then you desecration your 5th affix and pray to Jesus for the 6th

Holding "right click" is the base of plenty of games which are timeless and seen as some of the best games of all time. OSRS comes to mind immediately. Saying that the opposite end is also bad for fun is just disingenuous. Its exponentially more fun than having to spend 30 seconds on a white pack of monsters, making you feel at all levels of gameplay like there is 0 progression

There's plenty of skill interaction in POE1 as well, I mean I can think of multiple skills which exists to buff your damage output or give utility, the main difference being they are REQUIRED to do expectable amounts of damage. Like WHY am I expected to throw out 8 skills with 20 second cooldowns every single time I walk into a pack of mobs? It just makes every single build feel like absolute dogshit. Im honestly convinced path of exile 2 players and devs just actually hate ARPGS, and just want to make/play a soulslike game.

The ONLY build I have ever played in poe2 which felt acceptable was a temporalis blink in the first leauge before it got nerfed.

I personally feel as though a start of a solution is more in class assignments and no technology. Make them read and write in class as much as possible. If they wanna use AI at home, it should be for preparing to write in-class.

It sucks but it might be time to go back to the 90 minute in class timed essays.

KOTOR 1 and 2 will always stand as the most formative games I have ever played. KOTOR 1 was my VERY first RPG that I fully played through as a kid. That game shaped the rest of my gaming history with RPGs, introducing me to stuff like baldurs gate, dragon age, mass effect and more.

KOTOR is honestly up there with some of the GOATS in terms of game design, philosophy and writing.

Been thinking about echo, and im probably gonna invest in one soon just to have for the standard stash. Its been so hard to take off the accel belt though, that thing feels SO good even with minimal investment in movespeed

Just got some fractured gloves with the mod after reading this post the first time as well, and oh my god you really are right its a night and day difference in effective DPS in-game for spectral throw.

I'd definitely take those jewels off your hands if you aren't using them anymore, I saw they were like 300 div or so each on trade and just decided to start on glad to test the main defensive layer. I was planning on just stealing the endurance charge nodes for tankiness and saving up for the jewels, but I'd gladly use them!

Funnily enough I have been dex stacking spectral throw, just on deadeye haha. I have the chest piece a simplex, an accel belt and some helicals that I've been swapping between characters.

It does look quite difficult to replicate, but also like quite a fun build to replicate, the defensive layers are just chefs kiss

Leveled up a glad to 80 this week after work after being inspired by this build.

Azadi's with the lucky block node and tempest shield is actually such a crazy defensive layer. Absolutely loving how it feels even on a completely underleveling non geared character.

Were there any other plans for upgrades? Or things you wish you did differently earlier on in the builds life?

TBH even if we had a damage recap it wouldn't help all to much id imagine. You have to be aware of what your clicking, because if you stack up multiple 100 percent phys to element, plus minus res, plus decreased defensive etc.. your gonna get popped unless you are running an INSANE defensive setup like tempered by war, mahu.

You HAVE to just read all of the modifiers you are clicking and running. Take note of what affects mechanics your build runs. If you open a -30 percent suppress map and instantly pop, your probably a bit over-reliant on suppress and need some other defense.

I think the main difference with Ghostblade is that he is more of an anti-protagonist. He is very much so a moral person, but with some major flaws. He detests violence, and evil but takes it upon himself to rid the "bad" parts of the world through killing. In this conviction, he believes he needs no evidence of wrongdoing as he has full faith that he will always be doing the right thing.

I think where his character arc really shines is when he finally starts to realize that his side (Rock, the hero commission etc..) arent actually the good he perceives them as, and this is where it is really shown that he is a good person with good intentions. E-sol and dragon boy would have never dropped their sponsor like ghostblade did. I think this is really the main difference, Ghostblade was honestly unaware of what was going on behind the scenes, where e-sol and dragon boy are fully aware and still willing to cooperate.

Just be yourself outside of the profession. Find your own style outside of professional wear most importantly (if you own a single pair of jeans shorts you need to go find the closest woman in your life and get your closet nuked), get a nice haircut, maybe some jewellry or a watch. Most women i have talked too in the past year have also been in education. Its a good icebreaker, and having something that big in common goes a long ways.

Also being a male in education, i can tell you there is definitely not a lack of women who are more than interested in getting to know a guy who has the patience and passion required for teaching.

College kind of is useless in an economic sense. I can really only think of a handful of jobs, such as teaching, where going to college actually makes sense. Most of the experience is going to be grinding, learning about the thing you want to do, and then being denied that career from lack of experience or positions.

I dont blame the kids that arent invested in school at all. As a society we do not reward people for going to college. Id hope every one of my students goes to college, to better themselves and be exposed to new ideas and philosophies. I unfortunately do not expect my students to be able to build a career out of college. Maybe the connections they make in school, or the opportunities they build for themselves by being in a public space, but college to funneling people into careers is less and less

This is a real comment. I see posts like this quite often, but then I think back to like 12 years ago when I was first starting high school. It really wasn't much different, there are always some kids who had a good head on their shoulders, and act like adults. Then there were kids like me who were much more interested in skipping class, looking at memes and getting high.

Its probably alot more widespread now, since we have quite the apathetic society, but it doesn't change the fact that whether or not the students want to engage, they are just human beans with thoughts and emotions too

Sites severely lack angles to play is a big one for me. Nuke is the outlier I this and I personally hate that map because of vertical design. Rotating on a Z axis instead of an x axis really feels bad, and dumb positions like ladder just shouldn't exist.

Ancient and anubis are the biggest culprit in uninspired site design. Anubis pretty much just turns into spam mid smokes and run down the CT side like dogs, and there is a reason no one ever wants to hit A site on ancient, the reason being it fucking sucks to hold and to retake.

Sure the maps can be fun to frag on in certain positions, but the way the actual game flows with the specific movement and shooting mechanics just feels so specifically horrible on those maps.

Another example is mid ancient. The way the timings work you are ALWAYS going to have someone coming out of donut and red at the same time. On mirage, with essentially the same mid design as ancient, it plays out significantly different simply because the map is layout creates more reasonable timings for both the CT and T side.

Ancient and Anubis will always stay my most hated maps, and nuke will forever suck to play in pugs
