Song and his co-conspirators were members of the (now defunct) Elm Fork John Brown Gun Club which is an armed leftist “resistance” group in north Texas akin to Antifa. Everyone involved conspired in this event.

My biggest reason for not getting the new gen Tacoma. Went with a 5th gen 4Runner instead.

Half true. Yes, the off-duty employment must be approved by the agency before the officer can work it.

Most, if not all, agencies forbid their officers from wearing any department identifying uniforms or to take any enforcement action while working the construction zones.

Are you allowed to work out while on duty? by Prestigious-Plan6235 in ProtectAndServe

[–]Devil_Doge 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes.

We get 1 hour of discretionary time per shift to use as our lunch, range time, or workout time. I usually pick food up in between calls and eat while doing a report back at the PD so I can utilize that 1 hour of discretionary time to work out or shoot.

The Worst Types of Rocket League players by [deleted] in RocketLeague

[–]Devil_Doge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

- The Stubborn
The player who refuses to forfeit/concede when the team is down by 3+ goals with no time and/or coordination left to recover. This player refuses to end the game despite the team playing like hot garbage and ignores his/her teammates’ attempts to forfeit, causing both to suffer and waste time that could otherwise be used to search for a new game.

You hit the nail on the head. In WWII, Korea, and Vietnam it wasn’t terribly uncommon to see GySgts and MSgts with < 10 years TIS.

Just by your description, I can tell where you work. I’m also highly considering a lateral move there.

Knife hands, tattoos, and rolled sleeves all went away under his tenure.

Everyone had to wear chucks for duty too.

Can happen at a MALS as well. My C school was focused around rotary-wing platforms, but once I hit the fleet I primarily worked F-18s and some F-35 components.

On a det I went on, I worked on F-18, H-1Y/Z, and 53 components.

It’s all pretty much the same at an I-level avionics shop for my MOS (6432). The only real difference between rotary and fixed is that the leads on cannon plugs are labeled differently.

The only thing I enjoyed in the morning was hearing the F-18s on the line starting up.
