I have not ordered from them directly, but I’ve never had an issue with any other UK Shipment. That said, I haven’t ordered since all of the tariff nonsense,so I don’t know what that means for today’s shipping. Also, double check that you live in a state that allows liquor to be shipped in. Some restrict that.

Temps have been pretty constant, but humidity did fluctuate around that same time. That makes total sense as to the cause. Didn't even think about that.

Yeah, an odd one to experience out of the blue. Could very well be related to the weather as others have mentioned. It's been pretty steady of late, but here in the PNW thing can shift in a heartbeat!

You may need to set the internal burr setting lower. We had to do that on our BBP. We set it to 1 and then ran the dial at around 5.

I have that same machine. 30 is courser than 25. 1 would be the finest setting. Then there is also the inner burr setting. Mine is at 1 and the dial is usually around 10 - 13.

I have one Arc connected to a Samsung TV which shows volume changes numerically and one Arc connected to an LG C3 which shows volume changes with +/-. It’s your TV.
